“Matt” is easy to spell, easy to pronounce and apparently my parents weren’t the only ones to think that. One of my classes in junior high had so many Matts, the teacher gave us nicknames to tell us apart. For a year in my class there was Door Matt, Floor Matt, Welcome Matt, Photo Matt and Laundry Matt.

I just wish
my dad would be happier during Christmas. </3
His father died on Christmas Eve, and I feel bad because both my grandparents have passed on, so all he has is us kids. My parents mean more to me than anything, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this time of year without them.
I just wish I could figure a way to get him back in the Christmas spirit.
